He was wonderful. I had no idea he was that solo Doctor My Eyes. Always figured it was Waddy. One of my favorite solos.
Yeah, I didn’t know that either. He could play in any style. I just loved his work on the first couple Taj Mahal albums.
Oh right! He was in Taj’s band in Rock n Roll Circus.
Hotel Mumbai is really really intense. I tried to picture myself in that situation and I was shaking.
