Always liked her quirkiness.

Love it. I like most everything Willy does. Music, books, I even like to hear him talk… And movies made of his stories…

Lean on Pete got optioned for a film and I think is in production. The Motel Life movie was okay but much preferred the book.

#69

Houellebecq’s Platform

I’m digging it. It sort of makes me think of what it might be like to be @joost.

Insightful, smart, and perverted.

Try the Map and the Territory next. Good stuff.

He he, I’m flattered. I just read his essay on Schopenhauer, that’s good too: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/En_présence_de_Schopenhauer. A lot of people over here take his latest book (Submission, about Islam taking over Europe) very serious but I like to think he’s making fun of those people. Did you see To Stay Alive, that documentary he made with Iggy Pop?
