Chipotle cheese sausages, roast cauliflower, broccoli and parsnip with lemon, and spring onion, chilli, garlic and chive mash.

Pretty much, yep! Normally have an onion gravy but these Chipotle and cheese sausages taste so good on their own.

Lemon and dill marinaded salmon, asparagus, and Asiago mashed potatoes.

New Mexican Style:
Blue corn tortillas, ground beef, green chiles, homemade red sauce, queso asadero, cotija garnish

Mexican Style:
Yellow corn tortillas, Shredded chicken, homemade Hatch green sauce, cheddar and jack cheeses, cotija garnish

Gabacho Style:
Flour tortillas, Shredded chicken, homemade Hatch green sauce, cheddar and jack cheeses, cotija garnish
(There were some dietary restrictions for a guy who can’t eat corn tortillas. Otherwise this abomination would have never made the oven.)

I’m hoping they never remake anything again. That goes for foreign films remade to American, just read the subtitles.

I watched Dark on Amazon Prime and was trying to listen/translate the German instead of read the subtitles and I tapped out at one point and turned on the dub.
